Sound isolation isn't great. Conversations from adjacent rooms carry through quite easily. Mattress firmness may not suit everyone-some find them excessively soft, impacting sleep. The beds have a noticeable gap down the middle, which can be irritating for couples. Stains on the bedding suggest some items might need replacing entirely.

The service was EXCEPTIONAL during my stay. It was unique, spotless and with fridge. Extremely helpful staff and the location was lovely.

Everything was very comfortable overall. Overall the room was reasonably large with comfortable bed, a beautiful view, for instance. We greatly enjoyed the very unique decor. The amiable and excellent staff gave good recommendations. The service was exceptional with an easy check-in. Could use their free parking:)))

Fashionable and large rooms with central heating, multi-channel television, tea and coffee making equipment, some with delightful views. Good sleep in a comfortable bed. Near a railroad station and centre of Heidelberg in 5 minutes on foot.

The room was like a closet, small, I mean, I barely fit with my luggage. I had to endure the sound from the other rooms that was so annoying! I expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but apparently that was too much to ask. Just couldn't believe how mediocre my stay was, really.

during my stay, I really enjoyed how easy it was to explore Heidelberg, with the hotel being a short walk from both the good old town and the serene Botanical Garden, making every stroll feel like a mini adventure.

Great location within walking distance of the charming old town and various dining options. The air conditioning kept our space cool during the warmer days.
